Join us for the WITS Workout Series at the Bexley Senior Center with OSU Extension speakers Jenny Lobb & Loretta Sweeney. This brain health program is engaging, interactive, and educational. We will discuss forgetfulness and take part in fun activities that challenge your memory, recall, and problem-solving skills.
These sessions are open to seniors and will take place in-person at the Bexley Senior Center located at 420 N. Cassady Ave., Bexley, OH 43209; phone number: (614) 559-4355. Registration is required, but attendance to the entire series is NOT mandatory.
Speaker Bios:
Jenny Lobb is a Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for OSU Extension in Franklin County. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and a Master's in Public Health, both from The Ohio State University. Jenny is also Registered and Licensed as a Dietitian in the state of Ohio. As an Extension educator, she specializes in food, nutrition and wellness, and enjoys helping people learn to prepare healthy, tasty and easy to make meals on a budget.
Loretta Sweeney is a program assistant with the Senior Series at OSU Extension, Franklin County, where she develops and delivers educational programs for senior citizens throughout Franklin County, so they may live longer, healthier, and happier lives while remaining independent. Loretta has worked with The Ohio State University for seven years and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
