RESERVABLE SPACES
Auditorium
The Auditorium is available to non-profit groups for larger meetings with a variety of equipment for presentations.
Tech Center Classroom
The Tech Center Classrrom, located on the Lower Level, is available to non-profits for small meetings, with a variety of equipment for presentations and virtual meetings.
Virtual Meeting Room
The Virtual Meeting Room, located on the Lower Level, is currently available for public use and is intended to meet the needs of individuals or small groups (2-4) for virtual meetings, study, and collaboration.
Group Study Room
The Group Study Room in our Browsing Room is for public use and is intended to meet the needs of small groups (2-8 people) for study, collaboration and virtual meetings.
Creation Station
The Creation Station and its resources are available to patrons to help them engage in a variety of creative pursuits.
Memory Lab
The Memory Lab and its resources are available to patrons to help them preserve their analog and digital media in a sustainable manner.

General Public Room Policy
  • No fees may be charged and all meetings must be open to the public.
  • The individual placing the reservation must have a valid Bexley Public Library card.
  • Confirmation from the library must be received by the requesting organization before a request can be considered scheduled.
  • Meeting room reservations will be given a 15 minute grace period after their reservation time, after which the room again becomes available. Rooms left vacant for 15 minutes will be considered forfeited and belongings removed to the lost and found.
  • The individual or group reserving a meeting room will be responsible for the order and conduct of the group and for any loss or damage to library property.
  • Groups are responsible for clean-up and returning the room to its original setup. Not doing so, damaging library property, or other destructive or inappropriate behavior will result in loss of the meeting rooms and/or library privileges, as determined by the supervisor.
  • The BPL Patron Code of Conduct applies and must be observed while using the rooms.
  • By reserving our auditorium or study rooms, you are agreeing to our Meeting Room Policy.
