The Virtual Meeting Room, located on the Lower Level, is currently available for public use and is intended to meet the needs of individuals or small groups (2-4) for virtual meetings, study, and collaboration.
No fees may be charged and all meetings must be open to the public.
The individual placing the reservation must have a valid Bexley Public Library card.
Confirmation from the library must be received by the requesting organization before a request can be considered scheduled.
Meeting room reservations will be given a 15 minute grace period after their reservation time, after which the room again becomes available. Rooms left vacant for 15 minutes will be considered forfeited and belongings removed to the lost and found.
The individual or group reserving a meeting room will be responsible for the order and conduct of the group and for any loss or damage to library property.
Groups are responsible for clean-up and returning the room to its original setup. Not doing so, damaging library property, or other destructive or inappropriate behavior will result in loss of the meeting rooms and/or library privileges, as determined by the supervisor.
The BPL Patron Code of Conduct applies and must be observed while using the rooms.
