Do you have old family home movies in your attic but no way to watch them? Have you been dying to know what’s on them and who is in them? If so, Home Movie Day is the event for you!
Home Movie Day is a community event that invites everyone to bring their home movies to be screened and shared with the larger community. Expect to see family vacations, weddings, Christmas, and maybe a prom or two! There will be additional resources about preserving and transferring your home movies as well as Home Movie Day Bingo and accompanying prizes. See history come alive at the Bexley Public Library.

Bios
Jayce Fryman received his Bachelor's in Film Studies from The Ohio State University and Certificate in Film Preservation from the L. Jeffrey Selznick School. A lifelong film fan, he is deeply involved in the film community in Columbus. His long term goal is to establish a nonprofit video rental store.
Miranda Barnewall received her certificate in film preservation in 2017. Though no longer an active professional in the field, Miranda maintains her passion for the physical medium of film and teaching others how to care for their precious home movies.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
