Set-up in the TCC is the responsibility of the group using the space. Users are responsible for cleaning up and returning the room to its pre-use condition before leaving.
If the Group Study Room is reserved, but the TCC is available, the TCC may be reserved on a walk-in, case-by-case basis for study groups following the same policy as the GSR.

Groups must vacate the room 15 minutes before the library closes and are responsible for clean-up and returning the room to its original setup. Not doing so, damaging library property, or other destructive or inappropriate behavior will result in loss of the meeting rooms and/or library privileges, as determined by the supervisor.
The BPL Patron Code of Conduct applies and must be observed while using the rooms.
By reserving our auditorium or study rooms, you are agreeing to our Meeting Room Policy.
