Teacher Collections

We know you have enough to do without sifting through the library catalog for books. Let us help by putting together a Teacher Collection to compliment the curriculum and enhance your lesson plans. Teacher Collection requests can be submitted in-person, over the phone, or through the online form.

• We need three days notice to fulfill a Teacher Collection request, but you may submit your request up to two weeks in advance.
• In consideration of other teachers, we offer one active Teacher Collection request at a time. After one collection has been picked up, you are welcome to request another.
• Collections will be held in the Youth Services Department for up to five days after your selected pick-up date and will be reshelved after that date.
• Please note that holiday and seasonal materials are available in limited quantities.
• Unavailable titles may be put on reserve. You will be notified when the request is available and can pick up books in the reserve area of the lobby.
