Meet the local artists and view displayed artworks featured in the Bexley Minority Parent Alliance Art Auction. Artwork will be on display in the library beginning on February 25.
Meet the talented local artists, listen to music, enjoy some refreshments, and consider bidding on some amazing art that benefits BMPA scholarships. Art included in the auction will be on display around the library beginning February 25. The live auction and viewing will be at Bexley Public Library auditorium on March 10th from 2-4 p.m., with musical performances from students at Chambers Music Studio and light refreshments (food and drinks) served.
Proceeds from the sale of donated artwork will fund scholarships for minority high school seniors in Bexley.
All are welcome to join us for Bexley Minority Parent Alliance’s once-a-year fundraiser to support minority children, families, and district personnel in Bexley.
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
