Artificial Intelligence scholar, Noa Mor, will lead a panel discussion exploring how AI is being used to tackle real-world challenges in healthcare, education, and city development around Columbus.
Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking panel discussion exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used to tackle real-world challenges in healthcare, education, and city development right here in central Ohio. AI scholar and researcher, Noa Mor will moderate this discussion around how AI can be used ethically to create meaningful change around Columbus.
About the Presenters:
Dr. Noa Mor, researches the impact of AI technologies on human rights and explores channels to make them more inclusive, fair, and aligned with democratic values. Her work focuses on both the societal benefits of AI and the identification and mitigation of its risks. She recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she was a member of the ERC-funded "Three Generations of Digital Human Rights" research project. In 2023, she was selected for the Young Forum of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities on Generative AI. As a PhD candidate, she was a visiting researcher at Cornell Tech's Digital Life Initiative (DLI).

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
