Calling all travelers! Learn about the new Ohio Drivers License-ID needed by October 1, 2020 for any air travel or access to federal sites. Ohio BMV representative, Elina Teed, will outline the Central Issuance process now used, and the documentation needed to obtain the new card.
Elina Teed immigrated to the United States from the Ukraine in 1997. She moved to Columbus in 2002 to attend the School of Music at The Ohio State University, where she majored in music performance in the class of violoncello. After obtaining her degree, Teed followed a new found interest in the law industry for nearly 10 years. In 2016, she came on board at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles as an Administrative Professional in Field Operations and has since worked on many projects. After heavy involvement with the Central Issuance implementation in Ohio, Teed took on the role of a Central Issuance Program Coordinator for the Ohio BMV.

The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
