Often, simple lapses in memory or decline in recall speed are mistaken for dementia Join Jenny Lobb, OSU Extension Educator, for the second of a four-part series on how to protect and improve your memory. Learn how memory works and the impact of diet. Leave this session knowing memory functions and how nutrition strategies can reduce or limit memory loss.
Jenny Lobb is a Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for OSU Extension in Franklin County. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and a Master’s in Public Health, both from The Ohio State University. Jenny is also Registered and Licensed as a Dietitian in the state of Ohio. As an Extension educator, she specializes in food, nutrition and wellness and enjoys teaching about healthy eating, active living, and using mindfulness to cope with stress.
Space is limited. Masks are required. Registration is requested. Online registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
Although registration for the entire series is encouraged, it is not required to attend this session.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
