Come to BPL all week and help us create beautiful paper flower arrangements that will be delivered to our friends at local senior centers on #GivingTuesday!
We're excited to be celebrating #GivingTuesday a little differently at BPL this year. We'd like your help to give a little extra kindness to seniors in and around our community!
We aim to see some big smiles on #GivingTuesday! Starting on November 21st, we invite you to join us in the Library's Main Lobby to help create beautiful paper flowers from the pages of recycled books. Take your flowers home to give to your favorite seniors or donate them back to the library to be included in floral arrangements that will be delivered on November 29th (#GivingTuesday) to our local-area senior community centers.
To celebrate #GivingTuesday with a financial contribution:
However you choose to celebrate #GivingTuesday - whether it's donating your time or treasures - THANK YOU for making a world of difference on this global day of giving!

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
