Qigong is a main branch of Chinese Medicine. It is the practice of accumulating, circulating and cultivating the body’s energy. This practice offers simple, easy to learn, self empowering exercises for bringing your emotions and body into balance. These varied exercises can be lifting and energizing or calming and sedating so you can tailor your daily practice to what is needed in the moment. When practiced regularly with conscious breathing and mindful awareness, qigong stimulates the body’s inherent healing energy and fosters its healthful flow throughout the body.
