Design consultant Karen Bokor and architect William Heyer share updates to the Bexley Residential Design Guidelines, a document that aims to enhance and preserve Bexley's architectural character.
The City of Bexley has continually advanced the goal of articulating a clear, workable, and interactive document that both describes Bexley’s historic and beautiful neighborhoods and provides guidelines to enhance and preserve Bexley’s architectural character. For residents, city staff, and board members this document provides an educational tool, a "guided tour” of the many styles and features of Bexley’s architecture, and a walk through of the design process and new design guidelines approved by City Council in January, 2023. Design consultant Karen Bokor and architect William Heyer will provide an update on the approved changes and how they will affect future design projects in Bexley.
