Join us for an evening of botany and booze with NY Times best-selling author, Amy Stewart. Amy’s blockbuster book, “The Drunken Botanist” is celebrating its tenth anniversary. It is both a guide to planting your very own cocktail garden and whipping up more than 50 botanical based cocktails. Festivities will feature sipping a few of Amy’s unique recipes. Wine and hors d’oeuvres served as well. “Mix” and mingle with Amy as she discusses the inspiration behind “The Drunken Botanist” while enjoying the elegant interior and sensational architecture of this incredible historic Bexley home.
Tickets - $100 with proceeds benefitting the Bexley Public Library Community Author Series Fund at the Bexley Community Foundation.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
