BPL is proud to partner with BMPA to bring you this three-part series focused on the basics of developing your own personal financial wellness plan. Join us for Part One: Personal Finance Basics.
Personal Finance Basics
Join us as Dave Mallett, President and CEO of Ohio State Bank, Dr. Sylvia Jones, CEO/Owner of Divine Family Eyecare, Inc., and Bexley alumnus Greg Miller, Workplace Planning Associate for Fidelity Investments share their knowledge of the basics of personal financial planning and the critical role it plays in creating long-term financial stability for families of ANY income level. They will review how to build a financial plan for you and your family, as well as how to create a budget, choose a financial institution, understand your credit report, manage debt, and more.
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
