With Franklin County's 2023 property reappraisal set to conclude this year, property owners can expect to receive updated property values in August. In preparation, Bexley City Councilwoman Jessica Saad and the City of Bexley are pleased to host an information session with Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano. Auditor Stinziano will present on how the reappraisal process was conducted and share how home values are likely to be affected.

About Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano... Auditor Stinziano took office on March 11, 2019, as the first Democrat in 80 years to lead the office. He has served as the Director of Franklin County Board of Elections, represented residents and businesses in Columbus, Bexley, and Grandview Heights in the Ohio General Assembly from 2011 to 2016, and served on Columbus City Council from 2016-2019. Michael also serves as an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School. He pursued education opportunities in Richmond, Virginia, and later in Washington, DC, earning a master’s degree in public administration, and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In addition. Michael serves as an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School.
About Bexley City Councilwoman Jessica Saad... Jess’s term on Bexley City Council started in 2020, and she served as the Chair of the Zoning and Development Committee & is currently the Chair of Park & Recreation. Jess is the current liaison to The Recreation Board & Bexley Education Foundation. She and her family have been residents of Bexley the past 15 years. Councilwoman Saad received her B.A. in Telecommunications and Political Science from Indiana University. She has 15 years of experience in private, public, start-up, and owner and operator business.
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
