Qigong is the practice of accumulating, circulating and cultivating the body’s energy. Join us for a 3-part series with Rebecca Ness to learn more Qigong and its benefits. Registration required.
Qigong is a main branch of Chinese Medicine. It is the practice of accumulating, circulating and cultivating the body’s energy. This practice offers simple, easy to learn, self empowering exercises for bringing your emotions and body into balance. These varied exercises can be lifting and energizing or calming and sedating so you can tailor your daily practice to what is needed in the moment. When practiced regularly with conscious breathing and mindful awareness, qigong stimulates the body’s inherent healing energy and fosters its healthful flow throughout the body.
Join us for a three-part series with Rebecca Ness, LAc, to learn more about using this practice and incorporating it into your life.
Registration is required and intended for all three classes.
This Qigong Series is generously funded by a grant from the Bexley Wellness Fund of the Bexley Community Foundation.
