Join us for a Zentangle adventure -- easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun! If you can write your name, you can use the Zentangle method to create beautiful works of art by drawing structured patterns, one stroke at a time. This immersive process clears the way to simply create and experience the meditative power of repetitive drawing to reduce stress, increase focus, and rediscover your creative spark! No prior experience required. All supplies provided.
Instructor's Bio:
Residing in the Newark/Granville area, Marla Krak, CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher) joined Denison University in 2015. She works in the Eisner Center for the Performing Arts as the Arts Engagement Coordinator and Vail Series Assistant Director. Marla has a passion for connecting campus and community to the Arts. This is where she was first introduced to the Zentangle Method. After becoming a CZT, Marla began sharing Zentangle with others. She teaches regular monthly classes at the Licking County Community Center, shares with the Denison students, and teaches numerous classes in the community.

Bexley Public Library
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
