How are you celebrating GivingTuesday, this annual global day of giving? Consider a gift that extends our reach with more literacy, more conversations, more music, and more discovery!
Today, December 2nd, is GivingTuesday, the annual day that unites people around the joy of giving. Whether it's making someone smile, helping a neighbor, or supporting causes that bring people together, every gift matters.
This year we hope you'll celebrate GivingTuesday with a tax-deductible gift to our annual fund campaign. Your gift of any size will help build our Library Ladder to extend our reach, enrich our services, and create a thriving community of readers.
You can also give back by sharing your library love story on social media. Share why you love your library and encourage others to join you in supporting public libraries this holiday season. Use the hashtag #LibraryLove and tag us @BexleyLibrary on Facebook and Instagram.
Thank you for supporting lifelong learning and those in our community who love and benefit from our resources, collections, and programs!
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
