Bexley Public Library will be closed on Wednesday, December 31st, and remain closed on Thursday, January 1st for the New Year's Holiday
Need a dress or a suit for prom? Come to the Prom Swap! Teens will have access to dressing rooms to try on donated clothes. No donation necessary to take home formal wear items.
Doing a little spring cleaning? Consider giving your past formal or semi-formal wear a new life by donating it for our prom swap. Between March 1-April 4, you can drop off your donations inside the library at the front desk. Donations should be clean and in good condition. We are accepting all sizes and styles of men's and women's formal and semi-formal wear including suits and dresses. We are not accepting shoes or accessories.
The Prom Swap for teens will take place Saturday, April 18 and Sunday April 19 while supplies last. Teens do not have to donate clothing to participate and will have access to a dressing room to try on clothes.
Please note that donations become property of the library and may be donated to a charity organization if they remain after our Prom Swap.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
