Please Note: Bexley Public Library will be closed on Sunday, April 20th in observance of Easter
Betty Weibel will share sites of literary significance in Ohio that are on the Ohioana Library Association's digital Ohio Literary Trail, and featured in her book The Ohio Literary Trail: A Guide.
The Ohio Literary Trail – A Guide shines a spotlight on Ohio’s literary treasures and the state’s role in shaping culture and literature worldwide. Readers will discover historic homes, museums, library collections, and historical markers honoring great authors, poets, and influencers of the literary landscape. Organized by the state’s five geographic regions for a convenient self-guided tour, The Ohio Literary Trail encourages exploration from tourists planning a literary-themed outing, as well as Ohioans who want to discover cultural gems in their own backyard. Whether you are an armchair traveler or a road warrior through Ohio’s largest cities and unpaved back roads, the Guide has something for inquisitive explorers of all ages.
Thanks to Gramercy Books for partnering with us on this special program and for making books available for sale at the event.
