Bexley resident Todd Alexander, a world traveler, will take us on a photographic journey inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, the last of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. During our tour, we will see the passages and chambers of the Great Pyramid, including construction chambers rarely seen. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
Todd Alexander is the author of The Great Pyramid: Ancient Wonder, Modern Mystery. In 1994, Todd appeared on "Mysteries of the Ancient World" hosted by Darrin McGavin. At the age of 17, he was invited to be one of two photographers on a nine-week photo expedition to Giza, Egypt. The mission was to get a rare, but complete set of photographs inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, and to document the progress of the Waseda University and Japanese Nippon Television Network's experimental pyramid-building project.
