Join us for a meet and greet, read aloud, and Q and A as we celebrate the release of the picture book Gremlin the Sourdough Starter by local author Esther Weisman.
Local author Esther Weisman is back with the second book in the Greyson picture book series: Gremlin the Sourdough Starter:
Not all pets have fur, tails, or paws—some live in a jar and love to bubble and grow! Meet Gremlin, a lively and lovable sourdough starter who thrives with a little love, flour, and water. But keeping him happy isn’t always easy—especially when he starts multiplying! Follow along as Gremlin and his human learn the joys (and challenges!) of baking, sharing, and caring for something unique. Will Greyson the rescue dog ever warm up to this gooey, growing housemate?
Join us for a meet and greet, read aloud, and Q and A as we celebrate the release of Gremlin the Sourdough Starter.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
