The Relentless Mules are a bluegrass band based out of Central Ohio. The group was originally formed in 2010 by Dan Phelps, Chris Stevens, Caleb Powers and Steve Moller. A year later Glenn Rinehart joined the band on five string banjo and a new dynamic was added to the group. Since that time the band has cut 3 albums, played hundreds of venues and events entertaining the midwestern U.S. Currently the band consists of Dan, Glenn, Isaiah Sparling and Scott Adkins. The current band still holds true to its roots with driving powerhouse instrumentation and melody. However the new lineup of the ensemble has focused on strengthening its repertoire of three part vocal harmony. The Mules now continue to entertain crowds of all shapes and sizes, with a blend of traditional bluegrass and a touch of nuance in the modern music circuit.
Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
