Join us for a community conversation on how we can support immigrant communities by developing meaningful relationships and building a welcoming and supporting community.
Join us for a One Bexley Real Talk community conversation on how to support immigrant communities by developing meaningful relationships and building a welcoming and supportive community. Teresa Gibson, Community Engagement Coordinator at Community Refugee & Immigration Services (CRIS) will facilitate this community conversation on what populations are relocating to central Ohio, what specific challenges they are facing, and how we can proactively work toward a community where New Americans feel they are welcome.
The One Bexley Real Talk series is an ongoing conversation series where we come together to discuss pressing social issues, current events, and challenging topics around identity and humanity with the goal of building community and strengthening connections in and around Bexley.
These conversations are a way to actively engage our community to work toward the One Bexley Goal to “deliberately and comprehensively bolster our community culture to ensure that Bexley is welcoming and provides a sense of belonging for all community members and visitors.”
Library Parking & Entrance Information:
While the library's main entrance is under construction, we remain open. Clear signage will guide visitors to a temporary, fully accessible entrance via a ramp in the southeast alley, leading to the dock entrance.
The library parking lot also remains open, with temporary entry and exit available via Euclaire Avenue only. Parking may be limited, so we encourage you to arrive early and use street parking on Euclaire, Mound, and other nearby streets.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
