Community Conversations: Building Community Around Aging is an ongoing series that takes a look at pressing issues going on around central Ohio and how they relate to older adults. From housing and medical costs to gardening and healthy eating, we'll explore new topics in each program with featured speakers in a relaxed social setting. Coffee and light refreshments will be available at each program.
This month's topic: The Future of Transportation Around Columbus - Part 1
Representatives from Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) and COTA will share information and resources on the LinkUS Columbus program for seniors, aimed at expanding access to healthcare and the modernization and expansion of the transportation system. This is part 1 of our transportation discussion. Part 2 will be held on Thursday, March 20 from 1-2:30 PM and will cover the future of mobility and walkable communities around central Ohio.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
