Join us for our second annual out-of-state Pen Pal program. This session, we will be rejoined by Pierson Library in Vermont, and expanding to two additional libraries in California & North Carolina. Registration is required and space is limited.
February 2-13: Registration for patrons of all-ages.
February 16-27: Library staff will pair pen pals and reach out to all participants.
March 2: Starting this day, patrons can pick up their Pen Pal Packets at the library. Packets include pen pal information, paper, envelopes, and suggested writing topics.
March-April: Patrons are encouraged to write at least 2 letters to their pen pals; Bexley Public Library staff will mail them and notify you when we receive your letters.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
